1 Hour Guarantee Rules:

The Award: a $5 gift card from Starbucks.

Which Supps are Covered: Obviously not all Supps can be done in an hour. In order to qualify for the guarantee, the Supp must be one of the Quick Picks with an asterisk listed on the form.

The Clock: The guarantee is in effect for supps requested online between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm PST, on days we are open for business. Once you've placed your request we will send you an auto-generated confirmation email that contains the Official Start Time. The supp will be returned to you via email once it's been completed

Notification: Recipients will be notifed via email.

Getting Your Card: We will either mail or drop off the card at your office address.
